Our FPC Plates have been upgraded.
At Fairport, we’re always looking to evolve our equipment to be the best it can be. That’s why we’ve recently upgraded our belts on our FPC plates.
While our belts before were good, the new PIONEER belts offer a 20% increase in power transmission, giving it an even longer service life and superior running smoothness.
The new belt
Improvements in the rubber technology also mean that the belt will offer improved dynamic stability, it has a higher temperature range and is oil resistant.
The geometry of the cogs on the PIONEER belt has been redesigned to give it improved resistance to cracking and flex fatigue. Another example of Fairport ‘Building on Quality’.
